PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE~
Now that you are selling your home you'll need to look at it through the eyes of a potential buyer. Buyers will typically be looking at several homes. Having your place clean and well cared for will go a long way toward making a good impression.
Grab a notepad and pen and start at the street~ could the grass use a little fertilizer and extra water to green it up? What about that pile of old tires next to garage? Could the front door use a new coat of paint? Remember, those seemingly insignificant problems you've learned to live with can actually discourage potential buyers. Go through your home jotting down things you can do to prepare it for a easier and best priced sale.
